1 Quality Guarantee & Returns

Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

2 Cancellations

All products are made to order, especially for you. You may cancel or edit your order using the link in your confirmation email, as long as it has not entered production. Once your order is in production, you may still be eligible for a replacement or resolution, depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues. Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3 Damaged or Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the print issue or damaged area, along with your order number. The best photos are taken on a flat surface with the tag and issue clearly visible. Email us anytime at: contact@support.catswithjobs.shop.

4 Refund Policies

Since products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Refunds require photo proof of the problem.

PayPal: Refunds appear within 24 business hours.
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations, tips, and locked messages are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a locked message after payment, contact us and we will help resolve it.

5 Donations & Tips Policy

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once checkout is completed, we cannot cancel or refund these payments.

6 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and depending on your region, Klarna/AfterPay and additional local payment methods.

7 International Orders & Merchant of Record

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance. If applied, the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

Orders are fulfilled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns.
